Vnayka Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit vnaykaventures.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect only two categories of information:

• Email communications. When you email us at vnaykaventures@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard web server log data, including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and request timestamps.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or any third-party scripts. We do not operate contact forms, so no form data is collected or stored by us.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Stripe— when we invoice Clients, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe's collection and use of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship requires and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Server log data is retained per Vercel's standard retention policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us at vnaykaventures@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
